symptoms pf Psoriasis
1) dermatological –>** thick, silvery scales** and itchy, dry red patches that are sometimes painful
2) Psoriasis patches can range from a few spots of dandruff-like scaling to major eruptions that cover large areas
Symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis
1) Chronic arthritis
2) joint pain
3) morning stiffness
4) limited range of motions of affected joints
5) Symmetric involvement of the small joints, hands and feet
Extraarticular manifestations of Rheumatoid arhthritis
Inflammation sometimes can affect other organs beside the joints for instance, the eyes or lungs

seropositive : positive Rheumatoid factor
seronegative : negative Rheumatoid factor

Ankylosing spodylitis
CF of Ankylosing Spondylitis
1) pain
2) morning stiffness (lower back and hips),
3) neck pain and fatigue also are common
symptoms might worsen, improve or stop at irregular intervals
Areas most affected in Ankylosing spondylitis
1) sacroiliac joints , usually bilateral
2) enthesitis, where tendons and ligaments attach to bones
3) tendinitis
Serological tests in Ankylosing Spondylitis
HLA b27

Reactive arthritis

1) Chlamydia Tachomatis

Symptoms of Reactive Arthritis
1) swelling and pain of heels, toes, fingers, low back, and joints, especially knees /ankles
2) extensive swelling of the fingers and toes
3) unilateral - not often symmetric
