- if tx is more than 28DY monitor visual impairment
- report if visual impairment occurs (blurry/altered vision)

- if tx is more than 10-14DY then monitor regularly

what are interactions of linezolid?
A
-tyramine rich foods - mature cheese, marmite, yeast extract, fermented soya bean extract, beers and wine

which drugs interact with linezolid and cause serotonin syndrome?
A
SSRI, dopaminergics, 5-HT1 agonists (triptans), TCAs, lithium + MOAIs
dopaminergics = pramipexole, ropinirole, rotigotine and apomorphine
