descresed vision, droping and bulgind eyelids, heaaches paralysis of CN 3, 4, V1, V2 and 6

What are the possible routes of spread for an infection?
Abscess can cause
- Bacteraemia leading to IE or Septcaemia which causes death
- Osteomyelitis
- Chronic or acute and drain
- Acute infection or cellulitis which can then spread along tissue planes and obstruct airway
