Because it is cheaper for the company to produce supplies there

Using all of the water supplies -therefore leaving the community with very little available water

They are pumping the water from aquifers

Two - One has dried up due to the company so the community now all rely on one well

Drilling boreholes - this means that they owe money to the government putting them further in debt
