  • >10yo for NE
  • >4yo for daytime wetting
  • Constipation
    • <1mo
      • Delayed meconium passage
      • Ribbon stools
      • Abdominal distention / vomiting
    • Growth faltering
    • Protective concerns
    • Abnormal LL neurology
    • ? Sexual abuse
    • Abnormality of anus/buttocks/sacrum

What is overactive blader? What is the treatment?

A
  • urgnecy
  • has frequency and posturing
  • bladder filling disorder - detrusor contraction.

Treatment:

  1. regular voiding program
  2. anticholinergic - oxybutynin (only one with paediatric indication)
