Ensure a clear airway

If someone is unconscious. Follow DR ABC Danger Response Airway Breathing- up to 10 seconds Compressions
Reporting an incident. If another vehicle is involved, find out:
Who owns the vehicle
The make and registration number of the vehicle
The other drivers name, address and telephone number and details of their insurance
