A

A

-It focuses on Joseph’s part in the Incarnation.
-An Angel visited him in his dreams and told him to marry Mary, because her child was conceived by the holy spirit.

Jesus as Fully human.

A

If Jesus was not human he would not have been bothered by the pain and suffering of his Crucifixion. But he knew that as a human his crucifixion would cause him great agony.

A

God is eternal, so has no beginning or end. This means that Jesus could become God after his death. So the Resurrection proves that Jesus was always God, but during his life on earth he limited himself to the human condition.

A

The letters in ‘Ichthus’, represent a series of Greek words that make up the following saying about Jesus: Jesus Christ, Son of God, Saviour. It was also used to see if someone else was christian.

-It is a statue of Jesus with outstretched arms, which represents his obedience to God the Father and love for all people.

-It isn’t possible to portray God accurately.
-Art can mislead people about what God is like.

-It is against the second commandment.
