Neutrophil, Natural killer cell, dendritic cell, macrophage
What are the types of adaptive immunity?
Humoral and cell mediated
What cells are in adaptive humoral immunity?
B lymphocytes, memory cells, plasma cells
What cells are in adaptive cell mediated immunity?
CD8 cells, CD4 cells, suppressor T cells
What cells are in Lymph immunity?
Naïve T lymphocytes, Naïve B lymphocytes
What are natural killer cells?
antigen destruction
What do dendritic cells do?
present antigens
What do neutrophils do?
phagocytosis
What do macrophages do?
phagocytosis
What do monocytes mature into?
Macrophages
What is an IgA antibody?
- From mother, passive immunity
What is an IgG antibody?
- Crosses placenta, provides passive immunity
What is an IgM antibody?
- Produced in response to antigen
What is IgD antibody?
- Antigen binding and stimulation differentiation of B lymphocytes into plasma cells
what is IgE antibody?
- Allergens
