Radiographic sign in which the suprior most extent of the pars marginalis of the cingulate sulcus on axial imaging appears to form two roughly symmetric brackets, open anteriorly.
The next sulcus anteriorly is the central sulcus

The marginal sulcus is an extension of the cingulate sulcus posterosuperiorly and separates the paracentral lobule from the precuneous of the parietal lobe on medial surface
