What are the management options for IIH?
A
- Weight loss
- Diuretics (acetazolamide)
- Topiramate (added benefit of weight loss)
- Repeated LP (try and reduce ICP)
- Surgery:
(i) optic nerve sheath decompression and fenestration
(ii) LP or VP shunt
