A

Day:
Clear of Cloud
In sight of ground or water
Vis greater than 5k
If in CTA more than 500’ above CTA step
Above CASR minimum altitudes

Night:
In addition to above;
Remains above the MSA/LSALT or DME/GNSS step or last assigned altitude until:
- within prescribed circling area with AD in sight
- (no inst app) within 3nm of aerodrome reference point
- within 5nm (7 ILS) of AD and not below on slope
- 10nm (14 SY) established not below on slope on ILS/GLS with less than full scale deflection.
