Bacterial-infective endocarditis, lyme disease
Connective tissue disorders
Drug reactions
Embolus
Fungal and parasitic infection-malaria, schistosomiasis
Hodkin’s lymphoma and renal hydronephromas
Immune inflammatory syndromes

A
Identify cause and treat
If cause is not identifiable symptomatic management
