Single oral agent: augmentin, clinda, dicloxicillin, keflex (cephalexin)

B-lactam/B-lactamase inhibitor (i.e. unasyn), carbapenem (i.e. imipenem-cilastin), and fluoroquinolone (i.e. moxi) and surgical debridement
