What are the main injuries to the front of the eye?

- Direct corneal injury - corneal abrasion
- Exposure keratopathy
- Chemosis
- Microbial conjunctavitis and keratitis

What is eye chemosis? What are the causes?
A
Conjunctival oedema causing the conjunctiva to bulge out. Can be caused by general oedematous state, positive pressure ventilation, prone ventilation
