What is the purpose of lowering the freezing temperature
A
An environment is created whereby the milk mixture can freeze at a temperature below 32 Fahrenheit into ice cream

Steps to make ice cream
A
Mix milk vanilla and sugar in small bag. Seal tight to allow little air in bag. Double bag to prevent leaking.
Put small bag in galling sized bag filled with ice. Add ice cream salt on top of ice
Shake and massage bag for 8-10 minutes
