What level is an ICING alert and where is the light located?
Alert 1 (MFDU and local light)

wing is through a mod with the engine anti ice switch,

What would you expect to happen if you have wing and tail anti-icing on during idle descent?
If ATS is engaged, it will increase power to generate sufficient bleed air.
What is the effect of over pressure in the wing duct?
the modulating and shut off valve closes and a alert level 2 will be presented.
What is the cause of a LO CPTY alert?
Wing: in flight low pressure, on ground low temperature
Tail: low temperature
What is the effect of a bay overheat?
the respective modulating and shut off valve closes and a alert level 2 will be presented.
What do the probe heat push buttons do?
turn the system off and on (normal).
What probe is heated with only battery power available?
Pitot 1
When would you expect to get a PITOT HEAT NOT ON alert?
if any PITOT heat is not on and park brake is released.
Which cockpit windows are heated?
electrically from AC 1 and AC 2
What happens if a window heat malfunction occurs in a front window?
the respective channel is automatically deactivated and an alert 2 is presented. 300kt max under 10000
