Crohn’s disease investigations?
bloods (high ESR+CRP+Platelet+WCC)(low Hb+albumin)
detection of calprotectin in stool
What is found in Crohn’s that isn’t in ulcerative?
crohns has fistulae and peri-anal disease
outpatient treatment?
5ASA (mesalazine) induction of remission + maintenance
steroids
immunosuppression

thiopurines (azathioprine - induct remission)
