Etiologie hypocalcemie

A

Calcemie, pth, phosphoremie

Hypoparathyroidie : post op, idiopathique : congenital de di goerge, radique, PEAI1 : hypocalcemie, hyperphosphorémie

Hypovitaminose D : malabsorption, iRC, IHC,carence

IRC : hypovitD ou hyperphosphorémie et chelation calcium

Complexion calcium : rahbdomyolyse, pancreatite aigue, metastase osseuse

Hypomagnesémie

Medocs : diuretique anse, biphosphonate, denosumab,transfusion massive

A

Signe de trousseau : contracture main au brassard a tension >20 mmhd de sa ta normale

Tetanie, convulsion,spasme

Paresthesie distale et peri buccale augmenté a l’effort

Rachitisme
Ostomalacie
Hyperparathyroidie secondaire
Lenteur psychique et retad mental
