Management of hyperkalaemia?

A

-ECG monitoring
If K+ is <6mmol/L with stable renal function doesn’t need urgent treatment

  • If patient has K+ >6 mmol/L and ECG changes needs urgent treatment
  • If patient has >6.5mmol/L need urgent treatment regardless of ECG
