• Gentamicin
• NSAIDs
• Lithium
• Heroin

Urinalysis

• Muddy brown casts
• Also can be renal tubular epithelial cells in urine

Management of acute tubular necrosis?

Same as other causes fo AKI

• Supportive
• IV fluids
• Stop nephrotoxic meds
• Treat comps
