-Demand pump selector OFF or AUX OR
-Demand pump operates, and output pressure is low

When is the engine driven pump pressurized?

Answer 3

-The engine is running AND
-The engine pump switch is ON

Degraded or inoperative systems to expect with loss of system 1

Answer 4

-Alternate brakes
-Nose and Body Gear steering (tow required after landing)
-Nose and Body Gear hydraulic extension (alternate gear extension required)
-Inboard TE flaps hydraulic operation inoperative. Move in secondary mode (1-5 = 4 minutes for ext)
-C AP
-L outboard elevator inop

Degraded or inoperative systems to expect with loss of System 4

-Normal Brakes (auto brakes are inop)
-Wing Gear hydraulic extension and retraction inop. Alternate gear extension required
-Outboard TE flap hydraulic operation inoperative. Move in secondary mode. 1-5 = 4mins
-2 inboard spoilers on each wing inoperative
-R outboard elevator inoperative
