Q

Explain all the 3 processes of urine formation

A
  1. Filtration–The excretory system tubule collects a Filtrate from the blood
  2. Reabsorption– The transport epithelium reclaims valuable substances from the filtrate and returns them to the body fluids.
  3. Secretion– Non-essential solutes, toxins and wastes are added to the contents of the excretory tubule from body fluids.
  4. Excretion— The altered Filtrate(urine) leaves the system and the body.
