What is job performance?
It is the contribution of an employee through results or behaviors corresponding to the expectations of his/her superiors.

It is to know their company’s strategic environment.

What are performance expectations?
They are the results or behaviours that the manager wishes to obtain from an employee; these elements will enable the manager to ascertain whether the employee has performed well.

What are results?
They represent the outputs of an employee’s work: they are targets to be achieved that can be translated

They are those that employees must present in their work.

It is used to establish objectives. It stands for:

What is the task of delegating?
It is to entrust another person, for example, a subordinate, with part or all of a task or project, or goal the delegator is responsible for.
What is feedback?
It is the information an individual receives concerning other people’s appraisal or evaluation of the quality of his/her work performance.

What are evaluation meetings?
They are periodic meetings during which the supervisor presents employees with their performance evaluation with the aim of developing an appropriate action plan.
