   4) initials, signature, date
   5) ask questions related to it, eg, if it’s a energy drink study, ask if they’ve ever had a reaction to caffeine and then ask other stuff

• explain what you expected to find
• ask if they have any questions
• ask if they want to withdraw their data
• thank again and put a counselling number in if needed
