Q

Positive confidence is a by-product of what?

A

…a by-product of completing ideal thriving challenges. Aiming for ideals means aiming for the behaviour that is in individual control. The ideal thriving is a challenge coming from inside to outside. For example, if the ideal is cheerfulness then controlling a voice and making it warmer throughout the day is a great challenge.

Q

Which ideals are unreliable? (mention two) Why?

A

The ideals such as fun and travelling are often come take-over other ideals based on love. One example, a person may resist a season not travelling to complete an important project many destinies rely on. Another example, people can make other people nervous by risking their lives for fun; it is not sustainable because they may just die, and it makes close people feel bad which is the opposite of love.
