Hypothalamus: stroke/tumour
Apical tumour= Pancoast tumour
Brainstem: Stroke/demyelination (MS)/Tumour
Spinal Cord: Trauma/Myelitis/Tumour/Demyelination

A

Unlateral Miosis- Pupil Constriction
Ptosis (partial) - Eyelid droop
Anhydrosis- Inability to sweat
Enophtalmus (apparent)- Sunken Eye
