Chronic stress, food allergies & sensitivities, over-exercising, extreme dieting, eating disorders.

What are the causes of low cortisol?
Caused by prolonged chronic high cortisol as well as extreme trauma, Addison’s disease, congenital adrenal hyperplasia

What are the causes of low thyroid?
The thyroid doesn’t produce enough thyroid hormone and is possibly caused by high and low cortisol slowing down the production.
What are other causes of low thyroid?
The thyroid pumps out inactive T4 and body can’t convert it to active form T3.

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, stress, xenoestrogens, deficiencies with selenium, iodine, vitamin D, amino acids
