RESTORATION
accurate depiction of the form, features and character at a specific time; removal of features from other stages, reconstruction of period elements. limited MEP updates and code-required elements allowed
RECONSTRUCTION
depicting the form, features and details of a non-surviving site, landscape, building, structure or object at a specific time
