A
- Eosinophilic cytoplasm
- Pykonotic nuclei (red nucleus due to pyknosis or degradation of the nucleus and loss of Nissl bodies which are normally stained blue [basophilic])

- Necrosis
- Neutrophils

Macrophages will appear (microglia)
