Cause of the seven year war
The Seven Years’ War was primarily caused by longstanding rivalries between major European powers, mostly France and Great Britain over settling in lands without permission, and trades. The war almost began directly due to British Colonel, George Washington. He refused to stop settling in Ohio and when encountering French diplomats he rejected them and also threatened war.

many European nations took sides between Britain OR France and nearly 1,000,000 people died in the global war. Britain ended up winning and France was forced to give Britain their colonies and Britain got control over the French fur trade in America.
