Iliopsoas (iliacus and psoas major)

A

Origin: Psoas- lumbar vertebrae
Iliacus- upper and post 2/3 of iliac fossa of pelvis

Insertion: lesser trochanter of femur
Innervation: Psoas- anterior rami of L1-3
Iliacus- femoral L2-3

A

Origin: superior ramus of pubis, iliopubic eminence and pubic tubercle
Insertion: pectineal line on upper post part of femur

Innervation: Femoral L2-3

Origin: ASIS
Insertion: superomedial part of tibia (in front of semitend/gracilis)
