Lymphadenopathy - 75%
- cervical > axillary >inguinal
B symptoms - 25%
Alcohol induced lymph node pain is classic but rare
What is seen on bloods in Hodgkin’s?
Normocytic amaemia
Eosinophilia - due to cytokine release
Raised LDH
What is seen on lymph node biopsy in Hodgkin’s?
Reed-Sternberg cells - Owl’s eye appearance
What is the most common type of Hodgkin’s lymphoma?
Nodular sclerosing
What subtype of Hodgkin’s has the best prognosis?
Lymphocyte predominant
