-Treats genotypes 1-6
-No cirrhosis > 8 wks, Cirrhosis (Pugh A) > 12 wks
Can not use if Child pugh score is C
-Appropriate in renal impairment

- Genotype 4: 12 wks
- Contraindicated in child pugh score of B or C
