A
Asymptomatic in children
- Abrupt or insidious onset- malaise, myalgia, arthralgia, URI & anorexia
- N/V, diarrhea or constripation
- Low grade fever
- Jaundice
- Mild abd- RUQ, epigastric pain
- Hepatomegaly rare

- Anti-HAV for dx
