Based on the Hellstrom Chronicles, how is it that insects could take over the world?
A
Changing climate will likely create uninhabitable conditions that will be handled best by small, short lived insects that can adapt to change much faster than most other organisms in the world today.
Insect borne diseases cause more human death than most common causes
Insects target the same food as humans. Both merchantable and edible crops.
Insects can adapt to the toxins we use on them but we can’t when those same toxins enter our water and food.
Incredible resilience and reproductive adaptations that allow for massive population replacement after disaster.
