A

clinical- determine the type
blood test- BNP, FBC
BNP then do echocardiogram
ECG- gold standard

A

Exercise therapy
lifestyle changes
drugs: ACEi, BB, spironolactone, vasodilators, ivabradine
digoxin and frusemide for symptoms
