A

Major: Pnd, Rales, Alo, Neck vein distension, CVP > 16 cm H20, Cardiomegaly on X-Ray, S3, Hepatojugular reflux, Weight loss > 4,5 kg in 5 days in response to treatment

Minor:Bilateral ankle edema, Nocturnal cough, DOE, hepatomegaly, Pleural effusion, decrease in vital capacity by 1/3, HR > 120 bpm
