Involves using communication to influence and support others in making positive healthy decisions.
Health Literacy
Has the ability to gather, understand, and use health information to improve his or her health.
Stress
The response of your body being challenged or threatened.
Stressor
The event or situation that causes stress.
Exhaustion Stage
When a stressor last weeks, months or even sometimes years.
Resistance Stage
This is when the stress is over but now you become tired and irritable and less able to handle any added stress.
