What are some tips for a good nights sleep
Invest in a good mattress and pillow, bedroom should be cool and dark, avoid drinks with caffeine in them, go to bed and get up at the same time each day and keep off electronics at least an hour before bed
What are the benefits of regular exercise
Reduces stress, keeps heart and lungs healthy, keeps weight down because you burn calories,maintains good bone density and muscle tone, increases confidence and gives a sense of belonging when done with a team
Benefits of leisure and relaxation
Reduces stress and anxiety, keeps the brain active and prevents boredom,develop new skills and interests, gives you the opportunity to meet new people, can improve fitness if itβs a sport and boosts confidentes and self esteem
Guidelines for good personal hygiene
Wash hands frequently, shower or bathe every day, wash hair at least once a week, change underwear and socks every day, use deodorant to prevent body odour,brush teeth morning and night and change sanity towels or tampons frequently to prevent leakage or body odour.
How can skin cancers be avoided
Avoiding too much sun, wearing a hat and sunscreen, wearing a high SPF sun cream every day and never using sun beds, covering your skin especially if you have moles or birthmarks.
