Left fronto parietal region (both sides of central sulcus as both sensory and motor defects have been noted)
A 30 year old mother cant make her children understand what she is trying to say. She seems to understand what is sad to her. She is right handed. Where is the lesion?
Left side
Temporo frontal region

A 50 year old company director becomes withdrawn, apathetic and bad-tempered then develops headach and vomiting. Where is the lesion?
Frontal region
A 55 old window dresser cant dress herself properly, has numbness down one side and develops headaches. Which lobe of the brain is affected?
Parietal lobe (senory loss, dyspraxia, inattention)
What are the side effects of cranial radiotherapy?
1) Cerebral oedema
2) Hair loss
3) Scalp / ear erythema
4) Somnolence syndrome (severe tirdeness) occurs within a few weeks/months.
