Pronator Teres Syndrome

A
  • Anterior elbow pain
  • weakness in thumb, index, and middle finger
  • differentiate from CTS with tinnels and phalens at wrist
  • associated with repeated pron/sup
  • can have parathesias in median nerve distribution in hand

  • lateral forearm or elbow pain
  • wrist extension with radial deviation
  • weakness of finger extensors
  • thumb extension elicits pain at lateral epicondyle
