Return to sport criteria
• Flexibility - active and passive
• Strength - absolute and side-to-side
• Ability to complete various training sessions

H Test for RTP performed after
• H-test is performed after they have cleared all of the following
tests
• Palpation - not tender to palpate
• Isometric strength - 90, 45 and 0 Knee F. Static strength
should be the same as the other side
• Passive SLR - EOR is within 10 degrees of the other side
• Contract hamstrings at EOR SLR - no pain
performing the H test
• Ask the person to perform a SLR as far and fast as they can
• Ask the person how they felt about it, if they felt insecure at
all with their hamstring when doing this test
• If the patient is insecure at all, continue on their rehab
protocol for another 3-5 days
L Protocol
90/90 stretch
3x12 twice a day
Romanian deadlift SL
3x6 every second day
Glider
Keep injured leg straight (10-20 degree knee bend), next to plinth, towel under opposite foot, slide down and use arms to help come back up
take it slow, stop before getting any pain
3x4 every third day
progress by going down further and/or incr speed
