your arms more forward, chin away from your chest.
Inhale,
stretch forward more, exhale and push your pinkies down to lower your hips down closer to your heels.
STRETCH
forward more.
Eyes
open.
Breathe
normally.
We
are stretching the spine in opposite directions.
Inhale
breathing and come up, arms and head together.
Arms
