Come
to the top of your towel.
Sit
on your heels, knees together.
Separate
your feet and sit in between your heels, heels touching your hips.
Make
sure your heels are touching your hips the whole time.
If your
knees or feet hurt, you can open your knees.
When
your hips are comfortably touching the floor, reach back for your feet, thumbs inside, fingers outside.
One by one
touch your right elbow on the floor, then the left…top of your head…back of your head…shoulders touch the floor, whole upper body relaxed on the floor.
Bring
your arms over your head and grab your elbows.
Pull
your arms down towards the floor.
Chin
down towards the chest, neck flat on the floor.
Lift
your chest and stomach up towards the ceiling.
Make sure
knees never come off the floor.
Relax
and breathe.
Put
your hands on your feet, with the help of your elbows, carefully come up.
Turn
around, lay down on your back. Savasana.
