STAND
up on your knees.
Hips
Width distance between the knees and the feet.
Hands
on your lower back, fingers towards the floor, thumbs outside.
TAKE
a deep breath and push your hips forward towards the mirror.
Drop
your head back, as far as it goes.
Eyes
open, mouth closed.
Go
back halfway, and stop in the middle.
If
you’re halfway back, and can see the back wall, then right hand down, grab the right heel, thumb outside, fingers inside.
Then,
left hand down, grab the left heel, thumb outside, fingers inside.
Full
palm grip.
TAKE
a deep breath, eyes open, exhale breathing, push stomach, legs, body, hips, everything forward while lifting your chest up.
Open
the entire front side of your body. Breathe.
Put
your hands on your back, inhale breathing and come up, head up last.
Sit
on your heels for a seated rest.
TURN
around, lay down, savasana.
