α1: Topical Mupirocin (bactroban)

β1: PO Antibiotics (Dicloxacillin, Erythromycin)

γ: Top Corticosteroids for inflammation/Destruction of follicle

Notes: Prevention can be done by moisturizing after shaving and shaving less frequently, Cleanse skin w/ warm water and soap before shaving, Avoid shaving too close to skin.
