Outline staging for lung cancer
I - Primary with no nodal metastasis
II - Primary with ipsilateral nodal metastasis to peribronchiolar or hilar LNs
III - Local invasion plus mediastinal LN spread or local invasion to adjacent organs
IV - Distant organ metastasis
