Direct Coombs test
Autoimmune causes of haemolytic anaemia
Indirect Coombs test
pre-natal and before blood transfusions
Acquired causes of haemolytic anaemia
Coombs +ve
Drug induced, autoimmune (warm, cold)
Acquired causes of haemolytic anaemia (Coombs -ve)
