Autosomal Dominant Dysfunction of Fibrillin Tall, long, thin pectus exacavatum/carinatum cannot fully extend elbows lungs - bulla/pneumothorax eyes - retinal detachment CV - aorta dilates, aortic valve insufficiency, dissection, aneurysm, mitral valve prolapse
