-also called overhand grip
-ex: traditional pull up, bench press, pull down, rows

A

similar to pronated grip, except thumb is positioned under index + middle fingers
-causes extra grip from the thumb, provides overall more gripping. power

A

uses 1 hand in a pronated grip + the other in a supinated grip
-must switch every time you lift so you don’t get a preferenced side
